Factoring feed, five U.S. regions

For factoring companies: new trucking carriers in their first 30 days, every week.

Built for freight factoring sales and origination teams. Each week the feed lists carriers whose operating authority was just granted, built from the same public FMCSA records behind our carrier data. Every row carries a phone that passed format and fax screening, fleet size, authority age band, and the insurance filing found on the record. The current 30-day build holds 3,732 carriers across five regions. Your team works the list while the carrier is still setting up equipment, fuel, and payment terms, and makes every fit and underwriting call itself.

New carriers need cash flow as they start running. This feed shows where the new authority was granted. It does not say a carrier asked for factoring or would pass underwriting. It is sold to factoring companies, not to carriers looking for a factor.

Built for the first weeks of a carrier

A new carrier is setting up equipment, insurance, fuel, and customer payment terms at the same time its authority becomes usable. The feed gives factoring teams a current set of carriers to research and call while that timing may matter.

What the feed helps you spot

  • Authority granted in the last 30 days
  • Which new carriers are in their first week
  • Small fleets separated from larger new operations
  • Authority status and selected insurance filing on the row
  • Regional files that can match a sales territory

What your team still decides

  • Whether the carrier is a fit for your program
  • Debtor and broker credit
  • UCC, lien, and current-factor checks
  • Invoice volume and revenue
  • Final underwriting
0–7 daysThe newest grants in the batch.
8–14 daysStill in the opening setup window.
15–30 daysNew authority with a little more run time.

Current batch

These are dated build facts, not a claim about the next batch. The current file covers authority grants from September 9 through October 8, 2026.

3,732 carriers in the current 30-day build 3,718 rows carry a phone that passed format and fax screening. Phones were not dial-verified.
1,343Southeast carriers
1,019Great Lakes carriers
810Northeast carriers
395Mountain West carriers

An insurance filing found in the public record is not proof that coverage is in force at funding time. Confirm coverage through your normal process.

How the feed is built

  1. 1
Pull the public record.Authority history, carrier registration, company census, and insurance filing files from public FMCSA data.
  2. 2
Isolate real grants. The latest granted authority event sets the row. Other status and migration entries stay out.
  3. 3
Join the operating fields.Carrier, contact, fleet, authority-status, and selected insurance-filing records are joined by docket and USDOT.
  4. 4
Screen before delivery.Phones must pass a North American format check and cannot match a listed fax. Suppression files run before the file is written.

The selected filing is the latest filing effective on or before the build date, with liability forms preferred where available. Future-dated filings do not establish a current filing.

Questions

Are these carriers asking for factoring?

No. They are carriers whose operating authority was recently granted. The feed does not show factoring requests, application intent, or approval.

Where does the data come from?

Public FMCSA records: authority history, carrier registration, company census, and insurance filing files. Each batch should be judged by its stated grant window.

Can we start with one region?

Yes. Ask for the sample from the Southeast, Great Lakes, Northeast, Mountain West, or Central Plains file and tell us the footprint you are checking.

What does the insurance field prove?

It shows the selected filing and effective date found in the public record. It does not prove the coverage remained in force after the build date. Verify it before funding.

Are the phones called or live-verified?

No. They pass a format check and a fax-match screen. Some numbers will still be stale or reassigned, as they can in carrier filings.

How do we get the sample?

Email hello@getdataintel.com and ask for the factoring sample. No card is required.

Start with the current file.

Twenty-five rows is enough to judge the fields, phone screening, and regional fit.
