How GetDataIntel works
Three steps, applied the same way to every dataset the company ships. No raw dumps to clean, and no numbers without a source behind them.
Step 1
Collect
Records are pulled at the source: county property appraiser files, permit systems, state license downloads, public hearing recordings and signed orders, and federal carrier filings.
Step 2
Verify
Each file is checked before it ships. Phones, website status, case numbers, insurers, and deadlines are confirmed against the record itself, not copied on faith.
Step 3
Deliver
Feeds ship as clean CSV and spreadsheet files on a set schedule. Every dataset is time-stamped and stored as a snapshot, never overwritten, so any figure can be traced back to the pull that produced it.
The record so far
Current builds, stated the way they are stated on the product pages.
Florida is home ground. Across the mapped counties, the parcel files cover more than 5.8 million Florida parcels. The same collection runs across Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, and Mississippi.
