Questions about privacy or this site: support@opportunityatlasdata.com.
Information we collect
- Site hosting logs. Our site is hosted on Netlify. Like most hosts, Netlify may automatically process technical data such as IP address, browser type, request URLs, and timestamps in server logs needed to serve and protect the site.
- Emails you send us. If you email support, we receive the content of that message and your email address so we can reply.
- Purchases. Checkout and payment are handled by Payhip. Payhip processes your order, payment, and delivery. We do not store card numbers on our servers. We may see order details Payhip shares with sellers (for example buyer email, product purchased, and amount) so we can support your purchase.
We do not run a customer account system on this site. There is no login for buyers on opportunityatlasdata.com.
Cookies and third parties
Checkout uses Payhip embeds and scripts. Payhip (and its payment partners) may set cookies or similar technologies for checkout, fraud prevention, and their own operations. Netlify may use cookies or similar technology as part of hosting and security.
We do not sell advertising space on this site and we do not run a separate analytics or ad network of our own. For how Payhip and Netlify handle data, see their privacy policies on their websites.
How we use information
- Fulfill and support orders (including helping if a download fails)
- Answer support emails
- Improve and secure the site
- Meet basic legal or tax recordkeeping needs related to sales
We do not sell personal information
We do not sell your personal information (such as your name, email, or payment details) to data brokers or marketers.
Business data in packs vs. your personal data
Each Foundation pack contains business prospecting records (for example business name, city, industry, public phone). That is product content sold to buyers for legitimate business prospecting. It is separate from personal information about you as a buyer (checkout email, support messages, order details). This Privacy Policy is mainly about buyer and visitor information. Product content is described on the product pages and in the Terms.
Your responsibility for lawful outreach
If you use a pack to call, text, email, or otherwise contact businesses, you are responsible for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction — including telemarketing and privacy rules such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar state rules. Buying a pack does not authorize illegal or unwanted contact.
Retention
Support emails and any order details we receive are kept only as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal obligations, then deleted or archived in the ordinary course. Netlify and Payhip retain data according to their own policies and retention settings.
Security
We use reputable third parties (Netlify for hosting, Payhip for checkout) and take reasonable steps to protect information we control. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Card data is handled by Payhip’s payment flow — not stored by us.
Children
This site and these products are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact support and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
Not legal advice
This page is a plain-language template for a small digital shop. It is not attorney legal advice. If you need advice for your situation, consult a qualified lawyer.
