Plain terms for all 17 Florida county Foundation packs ($29 one-time each). Effective September 6, 2026.
Who these terms cover
These Terms apply to every Opportunity Atlas Foundation pack sold on opportunityatlasdata.com, including Polk County and all other live counties: Brevard, Broward, Collier, Hillsborough, Lake, Lee, Martin, Miami-Dade, Monroe, Orange, Osceola, Palm Beach, Polk, Seminole, St. Lucie, Sumter, and Volusia. Same product format, same price, same rules for each county pack.

What you buy
A non-exclusive digital data pack for one Florida county: a CSV of business prospecting records plus a companion PDF guide. One payment covers one county pack at $29 (one-time). Not a subscription, not a SaaS product, and not exclusive rights to the data.
Purchase and Payhip delivery
Checkout is processed by Payhip (embeds on this site). After successful payment, Payhip delivers the CSV + PDF automatically — instant download from Payhip and typically via email from Payhip. We do not manually email files for a normal purchase. Card numbers are handled by Payhip’s payment flow; we do not store them on our servers.
If download or email delivery fails, email support@opportunityatlasdata.com with your Payhip order details and we will help.
Published counts
Coverage claims (record counts and field-fill figures) shown on each product card and on the Polk featured section are verified from that county’s shipped CSV for this release. Each pack is a snapshot as exported in its release — not a live directory and not continuously updated. Counts differ by county.
License
You receive a personal / internal business license to use the purchased pack for your own legitimate business prospecting and related internal work. You may share files with contractors working solely for you on that prospecting, under your responsibility.
You may not: resell, republish, or redistribute the pack (or a substantial copy of it) as a competing data product; claim exclusive ownership of the dataset; or remove notices that identify the product as Opportunity Atlas data when redistributing in a way that violates these Terms.
Buyer responsibility (outreach laws)
You are solely responsible for how you use contact fields in the pack. Comply with telemarketing, texting, email, and privacy laws that apply to you — including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar rules. Buying a pack does not grant permission to contact anyone unlawfully.
Remedy (7 days)
If files are missing, unreadable, wrong county, or materially misdescribed versus the published counts for the pack you bought, email support@opportunityatlasdata.com within 7 days of purchase for a refund or corrected files. That is your exclusive remedy for delivery or description problems of that kind.
Because this is digital content delivered immediately, we generally do not offer “change of mind” refunds after a successful download when the files match the published description.
Disclaimers — what is not guaranteed
- That every phone number works or reaches the intended person
- That every business is still operating
- That blank website fields mean a business “needs a website”
- Completeness or fitness of public email fields for email campaigns
- Any particular sales results from your outbound prospecting
Packs are provided as is and as available, without warranties beyond the 7-day remedy above, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opportunity Atlas and John Page are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of a pack or this site. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that pack ($29).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Privacy
How we handle buyer and visitor information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Purchases are subject to the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
